Louis Altman joined the A. Altman Company full time in 1991 upon his graduation from The Ohio State University. Having grown up in the business, it was a natural progression while attending The Ohio State University to earn a degree from the School of Business majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

Louis is involved in all aspects of the real estate business which includes leasing, construction, financing and development. In addition to his duties at the A. Altman Company, Louis currently serves as a Director for Ohio based Premier Bank.

Prior to his position with Premier Bank, Louis served as a Director for Home Savings Bank, and as Chairman of the Board for Premier Bank & Trust (PB&T). Louis was intimately involved with the sale of Premier Bank & Trust to Home Savings Bank (HSB) and the subsequent sale of HSB to Premier Financial Corporation (f.k.a. First Defiance Financial Corporation).

Louis is currently active on several other community boards and enjoys snow skiing and golfing when time allows.  Louis resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife Christy and his two daughters Abby and Lilly.
