Richard is involved in every aspect of the business. He has developed extensive knowledge in all areas which include leasing, construction, financing and development. It is his unique ability to understand both sides of a transaction that has enabled him to become so respected in the industry.

Richard attended and graduated from The Ohio State University. Following his interest in Real Estate, he received his degree from the Business School majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

Richard is involved in several community boards and enjoys golfing, flying and attending his children’s sporting events. Richard resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife Bobbi and his children Molly, Madison and Alvin.
