CANTON, OHIO, August 31, 2021 – Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar will join Chipotle at the corner of Market and Easton in North Canton. This will be Pulps’ fourth location in Stark County, and fourth for Dalton, Ohio based franchisee 7-2-9 Foods. The dual tenant retail building is under construction and expected to deliver before the end of the year.
Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar was created by Thom Knepp in Kent, Ohio in 2005. Thom had the desire to open something of his own, but it wasn’t until his first smoothie that he figured out what that “something” was. He was instantly in love with the idea of a smoothie as a quick, healthy meal and loved the fun vibe smoothie shops gave off. Pulp was born out of Thom’s desire to develop the perfect smoothie bar. Today, the Pulp brand is thriving with over 40 locations and continued growth across multiple states.
The first Stark County Pulp location was opened in 2011 at the Strip in North Canton and purchased by 7-2-9 Foods in May of 2016. Since its opening Pulp has continued to serve delicious Smoothies, Bowls, Juices, Wraps and more to thousands of customers. Adam Graber from 7-2-9 Foods spent 17 years as an electrician before choosing to open the juice and smoothie businesses in Canton, Wooster, Ontario and most recently 6408 Market Avenue N. Canton, OH 44721.
“We are excited to be expanding our footprint in Stark County and to open our doors to new and old customers alike” says Adam Graber.
Sean Sanford of NAI Spring represented A. Altman Company (“Landlord”), and Amy Doroba-Kleinman of Kowit & Company Real Estate Group represented Pulp (“Tenant”) in the transaction.
